For anyone just starting out or who wants the best beginner / starter credit cards to build their credit score fast, these are the BEST options currently available, all completely free. Enjoy! Add me on Instagram / Snapchat: GPStephan Join the private Real Estate Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/therealestatemillionairemastermind/ The Real Estate Agent Academy: Learn how to start and grow your career as a Real Estate Agent to a Six-Figure Income, how to best build your network of clients, expand into luxury markets, and the exact steps I’ve used to grow my business from $0 to over $125 million in sales: https://goo.gl/UFpi4c Number 5: The Discover It Secured Card https://www.discover.com/credit-cards/secured/ This is the BEST card to get if you don’t have a credit card or if you’re just starting out. The good thing about this credit card is that they’ll give 2% cash back at gas stations and restaurants, and an unlimited 1% cash back on all other purchases. The dashboard also allows you to check your FICO credit score so you can keep an eye on how you’re doing. All of this, with any annual fee. Number 4: Citi Double Cash Rewards Card http://citi.us/2ruNn49 This card gives you a whopping 2% cash back on ALL PURCHASES…it gives you 1% when you make a purchase, and then another 1% when you pay it off. And the best thing about this 2% cash back is that it’s consistent among all of your purchases. All with NO ANNUAL FEE. Number 3: The Chase Freedom https://bit.ly/2rx86Vc For signing up, they’ll give you $150 back after you spend $500 on the card within the first 3 months. They also offer 5% cash back on revolving categories up to $1500, as well as 1% cash back on everything else. Not AS good as the Citi Double Cash rewards card in the long term if you have a lot of spending, BUT the $150 sign up bonus definitely makes it worthwhile in the beginning. All for the low annual fee…of NOTHING. Number 2: Quick Silver Capital One https://www.capitalone.com/credit-cards/cash-back/quicksilver/ Just like the Chase Freedom, you’ll get $150 back after spending $500 in the first 5 months. The reason this can be SLIGHTLY better is that you’ll get 1.5% cash back on EVERYTHING, AND you’ll get no foreign transaction fees. So for people that like to travel, but who still want some cash back, this one is AWESOME. And again, all of this for the low fee…OF FREE. Number 1: Bank of America Cash Rewards Card https://www.bankofamerica.com/credit-cards/products/cash-back-credit-card/ This one offers a slightly higher signup bonus than the others…$200 back when you spend the first $500 on the card within the first 3 months. That’s really, really good. In addition to that, you’ll get 3% back on gas stations, 2% back at grocery stores, and 1% back on everything else. AND you’ll get a 10% bonus on these rewards when you redeem your cash back into a Bank of America checking or savings account. And again, like every other card I’ve mentioned here, this card costs you absolutely NOTHING…so this is meant to be a card you get and just keep forever. Only Idiots Use Debit Cards -- Why CREDIT IS BETTER

04:51
Jon shares some financial advice as to why credit cards are entirely better than their debit counterparts for four main reasons: 1) Credit is safer; 2) They build your credit history; 3) They're required for special purchases like car rentals, and 4) they earn you points and cash-back rewards. Obviously, this entire argument is based on the assumption that your spending habits are equal with both: and you never spend more than you have available in your checking account. This discussion is mainly directed to Americans, aged 18 or older, where this advice applies most directly/accurately. Credit Cards 101: How to build your credit score ASAP and leverage your money

11:35
This is one of the most important videos I’ve made so far: how to get a credit card, why you should care, what factors increase your credit score, and how that can ultimately help make you money. I got my first credit card at 21 years old, after banks turned me down for a loan on real estate - this is from my experiences building my own credit. Your credit score shows banks how responsible you are with your money. The scores range from about 300-850, with the best rates being available to those who have a score above 740. It shows banks how likely you are to potentially default on a loan and they adjust their interest rate according to their risk. They calculate your credit score based off several factors: -Length of credit history - the longer you’ve had it, the higher the score -How much credit you have available to you - the more money you have available, the higher the score -How much of it you actually use - the less money you use, the higher the score - this is called utilization rate -On time payments - if you’ve never had a late payment and always pay on time, the higher the score -The diversity of loans you’ve had - if you have variety of credit cards, auto loans, home loans, the higher your score. -Total inquiries - this means that every time you apply for a loan or credit card, it’s marked. The more times you apply, the higher risk you’re seen, since people who apply for a lot of credit in a short amount of time might be desperate for money, so this temporarily lowers your score. But lets not worry about this since for most people just starting, it won’t make a difference. Credit card misconceptions: -You do NOT need to pay interest to increase your credit score. Pay it off in full, you do not need to keep a small balance each month. -It does NOT hurt you to check your own credit score. I use CreditKarma regularly to keep track of my score and where it’s at. -It’s also false that having too many cards will decrease your score - the opposite is true. The more credit you have available, generally your debt-to-credit ratio will be a lot lower, which will increase your score. -Do NOT close out a credit card, especially if it’s an old account. When you close a credit card, it also closes all that credit history - which is a huge component of a good score. Keep your credit cards open even if you don’t use them, or if you pay an annual fee, see if they can downgrade the card to a free account. -NOT all debt is bad. There can be good debt - like a mortgage, or an auto loan where your money is better off invested somewhere else - or bad debt, which is that expensive Hawaiian vacation for $7000 that you couldn’t afford but you did it anyway because you put it on a credit card. Debt is a great way to leverage your money and have it work for you, earning MORE money in your investments than you pay off in interest. Now keep in mind, a credit card is something to use responsibly. Just put a normal amount on the cards each month as you would cash or a debit card, and pay it off in full. That’s it. It’s really, really simple. Eventually you can take advantage of great credit card rewards that’ll get you free trips and perks. Look up credit card churning for more information. The Top 5 Best Credit Cards with Signup Bonuses in 2019

17:05
Credit card bonuses can be one of the most lucrative ways to make some extra cash for something you were going to get anyways. VPN: https://stacksocial.com?aid=a-jm7e3xy8 Now I do know people that use credit cards for travel points and also cash back credit cards and a bunch more. Some people like Dave Ramsey might say Credit cards are bad don’t even do it, it doesn’t make sense but for me, it’s a little bit more complicated. So I went ahead and found the top 5 best credit cards with signup bonuses. In this video, I made sure to include the Top credit cards for travel, cash back and any other benefit you could think of. Key Questions Answered 1. What are the top 5 cards and why? 2. Why is this a good strategy? 3. How to get the bonuses without spending money? Credit Cards Barclay Arrival+ Bonuses: 70,000 which equates to $700 - Earn Unlimited Miles 2x miles ( every dollar you spend you get 2 points) - % miles back when you redeem ( You redeem a 100 bucks you get back 5 points for redeeming) - 0 apr for balance transfer for 12 months if done 45 days after opening the accounts - $89 yearly fee waived the first year Point System: 1 point (equals) .01cent | Example 70,000 points (times).01 (equal) $700 Requirement: Spend 5k within the first 90 days (10k points for these also) Cons: $89 after that, but you could probably ask to be waived every year and say “the competition is free and offer the same stuff” Verdict: If you can manage to spend 5k in your first 90 days which is around $1,666 dollars a month, and received 700 back in point then it’s a no brainer. As long you already are spending that money on a monthly bases and are just paying with the card and paying it off every month, then you are good to go. Link: https://cards.barclaycardus.com/banking/cards/barclaycard-arrival-plus-world-elite-mastercard//?referrerid=AMOPSBNGBRGEN&s_kwcid=AL!5187!10!80814170328018!80814155976544&ef_id=XIlIBQAAAHpn1zrH:20190509194242:s Capital One Savor Tip: some people with 830-850 credit score were still denied Bonuses: $500 bonus - 4% cash back on dining and entertainment - 2% cash back on groceries - 1% cash back everywhere else - 8% Back at Vivid Seats (concerts) Point System: Not points just cash back really Requirement: Spend 3k to get that $300 within 90 days (this gets cash back also) Cons: Annual fee is not waived and costs $95 annually Verdict: Let’s say you get this card which is not the easiest to get. And you have to spend $9500 annually to get that $95 dollar fee made back at 1% cash back. But if you're using it for dining and entertainment and getting back 4% then it's only $2,375 you have to spend to make back the $95 annual fee. So to get this card you have to be spending a ton of money, so it's more of a business card I would think or a card you use for every date, vacation and stuff like that. This would be my Hawaii card. Link: https://www.capitalone.com/credit-cards/savor-dining-rewards/ Chase Sapphire Bonuses: 60,000 points and in some cases 70,000 Point System: 2x (double points) if spent on travel or dining - 1x(regular) if spend on anything else - Plus 25% bonus for travel redemption Requirement: $4,000 in the first 90 days to get a bonus ($1333 monthly spendings) Cons: Chase 4/24 rule applier - Annual fee not waived the first year $95 Verdict: I love chase But when it comes to this credit card signup bonus from chase, I think it's pretty good, its around $700 plus 25% for travel redemption which adds up to 750 from 60k points. Link: https://creditcards.chase.com/rewards-credit-cards/chase-sapphire-preferred?CELL=6290 AmEx EveryDay Credit Card Tip: use incognito mode to get access to offer Bonuses: $250 dollar bonus - 2x points per 1$ on supermarkets ( 20% if you use the cards more than 20 times per month) - 1x for everything else (plus 20% bonus) Point System: You earn 1 point per dollar - One point = 1 cent Requirement: spend $2000 bucks in your first 90 days ($666 a month) Cons: The cash back is not really that high compared to another competitor that offers 2% Verdict: It’s a good credit card with a cool signup bonus that you could use on a daily bases or when grocery shopping to earn extra cash back. HOW TO BUY REAL ESTATE USING CREDIT CARDS (Creative Financing or Risky Business?)

35:42
Yes, it's true, there are financial education channels on YouTube teaching on how to invest in real estate by using credit cards. In today's episode, Matthew Pillmore, president of VIP Financial Education, breaks down one of these videos on how to buy real estate using credit cards to discover whether this is a creative financing technique or a way too risky business... It is true that real estate can be powerful in building your cash flow and establishing what many refer to as passive income, so why not look into creative ways to finance? We at VIP do this all the time, however safety is a major deciding factor for us here - we take risk very seriously, especially considering what we expect to see in the near future - a downturn in the market. Matt takes a look at a video where folks are signing away power of attorney to a company so that the company can start random LLC's in the individual's name and apply for and acquire tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars in business credit card availability. Then they have some "creative" ways to pull the cash out of the credit cards in order to invest in real estate and get a rental property. Sounds decent on the surface, but what is really going on behind the scenes and is this a good idea or a bad idea for your personal financial plan? Is it really creative real estate? Why I have 11 Credit Cards…

11:34
Here’s why I now have 11 credit cards, the advantages of credit card churning, and how this helps build your credit score. Enjoy! Add me on Snapchat/Instagram: GPStephan The Credit Shifu: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEVXhsR6e3D522BHQj9MlLg The Points Guy: http://www.thepointsguy.com Reddit - Churning: http://www.Reddit.com/r/Churning Join the private Real Estate Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/therealestatemillionairemastermind/ The Real Estate Agent Academy: Learn how to start and grow your career as a Real Estate Agent to a Six-Figure Income, how to best build your network of clients, expand into luxury markets, and the exact steps I’ve used to grow my business from $0 to over $120 million in sales: https://goo.gl/UFpi4c Lets talk about why I have 11 cards. The real answer is, WHY NOT? But in all seriousness, there’s no downside to having all these cards, so I may as well get them. The majority of them cost nothing to keep open so I keep them around. The thing is, when you’re building your credit, the credit scoring algorithms look at four major factors when determining how you can get a high credit score: The first is average length of credit history. The longer you have your credit lines open, the longer you have those accounts established, and the more it weighs in your favor of having a high score. The second factor credit scoring companies look for is amount of credit available to you. Generally, the more credit at your disposal, the less likely you are to use all of it, and the lower your debt-to-credit ratio is. This brings me to the third scoring method…how much credit you actually use, compared to how much you have - this is called the utilization rate. Spending $1000 on a $1000 card looks like you’ve just maxed out your credit line, and banks see this as a high risk that you’ll default because you needed to use all the credit available to you. But spending $1000 on a card with a $50,000 limit just means you’ve spent only 2% of what’s available, and therefore you’re a much smaller risk to credit card companies. Fourth is how often you pay on time. This goes without saying, don’t pay your credit cards off late and pay them in full by the time they’re due. So because of these four reasons, I see ZERO downsides to keeping multiple cards. But the real reason I have so many cards isn’t necessarily to have a high credit limit, even though that’s nice…it’s to get those sweet, sweet bonus points, also known as credit card churning. I opened a chase sapphire reserve for 100,000 points. I opened a chase sapphire preferred for 50,000 points. I opened an American Express Gold for 50,000 points, an American Express Platinum for 60,000 points, an American Express Starwood’s Card for 30,000 points, and a Chase Ink Business Preferred for 100,000 points…this equates to 390,000 bonus points just for opening up credit cards. When transferred to an airline, this means I can take 15 round trip plane tickets anywhere in North America for entirely free. It means I also have enough left over for a free week stay at any Starwood resort. It means I also get priority pass access at lounges, $600 per year of free travel credit, upgraded rooms and perks, and a myriad of other opportunities. The trick here is not to be smart once you have all this money available to you on credit. These credit card companies expect that the majority of people will spend extra money on the card, take their time to pay it off, and the interest the customer pays will eventually outweigh the meager 100,000 points the credit card company gives you…that’s how these companies stay in business and lure in customers…but I’d expect we’re all smarter than that. Instead, you’ll meet the minimum spend through your normal spending, you’ll pay it off in full, and you’ll be a responsible citizen with your card by not carrying a balance. In return for being a responsible adult, you’ll get rewarded with a LOT of perks without paying a dime in interest. Use this as an excuse to take a vacation for free, or save them up for something special. It’s free, after all. When to Redeem Cash Back on Credit Cards

04:48
The question of when to redeem cash back on a credit card may at first sound simple, but to get the most value requires a bit of thinking. Sometimes there are annual fees, other times there are redemption thresholds. Generally, if its in cash form only then redeeming as soon as you can is best. However, if its cash or points, there might be more value to be had if you use them as points on airfare or hotels. How to buy mobile on NO COST EMI , Purchase product on NO cost EMI, credit card amount convert into EMI. How no cost EMI works There are three stakeholders in a no cost EMI: the retailer, bank and consumer. Usually, select banks offer no cost EMI on credit cards. If you don’t have a credit card of the bank that offers the scheme, you can’t get the deal. You have to option of opting for an EMI card from a non-banking finance company. In case of Bajaj Finserv, you have to pay a fee for the EMI card. The retailers offer no cost EMI only on select products—usually on products they want to sell faster. In case of a no cost EMI, the retailer is willing to give a discount equivalent to the interest a customer pays. “The distributor or original equipment manufacturer ,pay the discounted interest amount to the customer What is no cost EMI In 2013, the Reserve Bank of India RBI banned banks from offering 0% EMI scheme on retail products. So banks try to come up with a variant of the option. No cost EMI sounds like you don’t have to pay any interest on the loan, but in reality you do. Your bank will take back the discount in the form of interest #Nocostemi #mobileonemi Song: King CAAN ft. ELYSA - Go Again (Vlog No Copyright Music) Music promoted by Vlog No Copyright Music. Best Credit Cards for Rewards 2019 (Must Have Credit Cards!)

🔴 *VIP Membership Group* 🔴 View my portfolio & every single trade I make! Join now ► http://bit.ly/2Gk9JfW The best credit card for rewards and cash back is something that everyone is in search of. Creditcards can be a great asset as long as the rewards or cash back offsets any annual fees. The AMEX Blue Cash Everyday card is the ideal card for most people and I cover some benefits this offers you and some drawbacks on the card as well. I really look for 3 requirements when shopping for a brand new credit card: 1) No annual fee. Or if it has an annual fee, the benefits should offset the fee significantly. 2) High cash back or rewards back per dollar spent. The higher the cash back or reward points you get back, the better. 3) Extra perks/bonuses. Maybe no Forex fees, maybe it comes with car rental insurance, etc. Maybe a signup bonus? This creditcard checks all of these boxes which is why I think it is ideal for the average consumer. This card gives you 3% back on groceries (up to 6000/year in purchases - then drops to 1%), 2% back on gas - no limit, 2% cashback on US department stores - no limit, 1% cashback on everything else. There is NO annual fee and no additional fees. They also give you a bunch of perks for holding the card. It has purchase protection - so if you purchase something with the CC and it's damaged/stolen, you could potential file a claim with AMEX. It extends return period on items to 90 days - again you file with AMEX and they look @ a case-to-case basis. Roadside assistance in USA and Canada is included. Double your warranty on items when purchased with this CC. So for example, if you buy a TV and it has 1yr warranty, AMEX will give you 1 more year on top of that. On top of this, they are currently offering a $150 credit if you spend $1,000 in purchases on your new Card in your first 3 months. This is doable especially if you plan to use this for ALL your needs - gas and groceries alone will help you meet this. So it meets all the 3 requirements, but nothing is without its drawbacks. So what are some drawbacks to this card? Well, the most obvious is that this is an AMEX - not an MC or V, so not ALL merchants accept it. From my experience though, there are enough merchants out there that DO accept this card. It's usually the smaller stores or services that don't accept it. Another downside is that there's no additional cashback on bills - some cards offer you a 2-4% back on recurring bills, like internet, cellphone, etc.. There's also fees for Forex transactions (additional). The final downside I see is that there's no travel insurance - so if you travel and your flight is canceled or your baggage is lost, there's nothing this card can do to help you out with. Overall though, still an excellent credit card and I think this is the BEST credit card for rewards and the BEST credit card for cash back. ☀️ Referral Tools ☀️ TipRanks (Stock Analysis Tool) ► http://bit.ly/2Gsml5L Webull (Free Stock) ► http://bit.ly/2VS0QR2 M1 Finance (Fractional Shares) ► http://bit.ly/2W4vw1v Questrade (Canadian Broker) ► http://bit.ly/2ZjQLi6 TradingView (Best Charting Tool) ► http://bit.ly/2vaddw9 ☀️ FREE Facebook Group ☀️ Join the Positive Investing Facebook Group ► http://bit.ly/2v6UfGM Don't forget to LIKE, COMMENT and SUBSCRIBE to support the channel - it means a lot to me! BEST CREDIT CARDS IN CANADA

Get the Amex simply cash credit card with a $50 bonus and 2.5% cash back for the first 3 months https://goo.gl/ZzLdrg Compare credit cards here https://goo.gl/bkVwBY BONUS, Tangerine is giving 50$ just for opening an account if you use referral code 39138408S1 www.tangerine.ca Why should I get a rewards credit card? If you already use a credit card for most of your daily purchases and pay off the balance each month, using a rewards credit card instead can give you the opportunity to earn some tangible benefits for doing so. With a rewards credit card, every purchase you make helps you earn points that can later be redeemed for flights, hotel rooms, cash back or other rewards. If you are one of the 70% of Canadians who pays off their credit card balance every month and successfully avoids interest charges, a rewards credit card would be a great way to get more out of your daily purchases. What type of rewards can I earn? The most common types of rewards you can earn are: travel points, cash back, store points and free gas. Travel rewards credit cards offer travel points every time you make a purchase, which accumulate and can be redeemed towards purchasing plane tickets or hotel stays. Cash back credit cards offer cash rebates on your purchases, typically in the range of 0.75-4.00%; your rebate will either be applied to your statement or sent as a cheque in the mail. Store credit cards are offered by some specific retailers and help you earn points that can be redeemed for merchandise in their stores. Finally, gas credit cards simply offer you the ability to earn free money to be used at specific gas stations. Many rewards credit cards also include insurance products, such as travel medical insurance, trip cancellation and interruption insurance, and rental car collision and damage insurance. These insurance products come at no extra cost and can provide meaningful value to you in the event of any accidents or unforeseen events. Why do most rewards credit cards have an annual fee? Rewards credit cardholders pay a fee for the privilege of using the card and gaining its benefits. While the annual fee can sometimes seem high, if you use your card often, the rewards you earn can easily outweigh the cost of holding the card. If you don’t use your credit card often or will not redeem your points, a no fee credit card that offers fewer rewards may be a better choice.

Female thief uses stolen credit card to buy flowers and gift cards (video)

03:40
By Mark Young, SouthFloridaReporter.com Managing Editor, June 29, 2015 - A female thief used a stolen credit card to go on a shopping spree. According to BSO the thief bought flowers and gift cards. Unfortunately she was caught on surveillance cameras at the checkout counters. Now BSO needs your help in identifying her. Here's the BSO info: Detectives are asking for the public’s help in finding a thief who used a victim’s identity to make a purchase on June 5 at a Publix in Oakland Park. The female suspect was captured on the store’s security cameras. Charles Pomonto received a fraud alert telling him that someone had made a large purchase and attempted a second purchase using one of his credit cards. Pomonto, who lives in Miami, was unaware his credit card account information had been stolen. The suspect is a middle-aged female with long dark hair, a medium complexion and medium build. She wore a purple, low-cut shirt, dark-colored pants, a gold necklace and carried a black and white purse. During the Oakland Park transaction the thief purchased a gift card and flowers. She did three additional purchases with the stolen card in Miramar and Ft. Lauderdale Publix locations, totaling more than $1,000. Anyone with information is asked to contact BSO Detective Samantha Cottam at 954-202-3113 or Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS (8477) or at www.browardcrimestoppers.org. A reward of up to $3,000 is available for information leading to an arrest.
Credit Card Statement Closing Date vs Due Date | BeatTheBush

03:47
Open a Chase Checking and get $200 with a monthly Direct Deposit: http://bit.ly/2EDnbOn The closing date of your credit card is not the due date. The two dates are completely separate. First, there is a period at which you are billed. The last date is your statement closing date. You are given some time to pay this bill before late charges are enforced, typically around 28 days. This date that is 28 days later is the due date. Hence, if you want to try out the credit score boosting method, you need to monitor your statement balance a day or two before the CLOSING date and make a full paying on the current account balance AND make sure it posts before the closing date. 5 Things You Need to Know About Credit Cards in Hindi | By Ishan

05:32
5 Things You Need to Know About Credit Cards in Hindi | By Ishan What Is a Credit Card?: A credit card is a card that allows you to borrow money in small amounts at local merchants. You use the card to make your basic transactions. The credit card company then charges you interest on your purchases, though there is generally a grace period of approximately thirty days before interest is charged if you do not carry your balance over from month to month. Credit cards have high interest rates and are considered a revolving line of credit that you can use again after you pay it down. Your credit card balance and payment history can affect your credit score. A credit card is a line of credit you can access with your card. Generally, you must sign on these purchases (exceptions may be at the gas pump or for small amounts at a drive-thru window). You will pay interest on the purchases made if not paid off in thirty days. ANNUAL FEE: Exactly what it sounds like. It’s a fee you pay the credit card company to carry their product. Most cards don’t have an annual fee, but they’re common on cards that offer high rewards rates. Cards for people with average or bad credit are more likely to have a fee, as well. REWARDS PROGRAM DETAILS: If you have a rewards credit card, this portion will spell out exactly how you earn and redeem your rewards. Read this section carefully. Many credit card rewards programs are fantastic, giving you cash back or points you can redeem for free travel. But others aren’t all they make out to be — paying minuscule rates or giving you rewards only for crummy merchandise you don’t want or gift cards you’ll never use.
