16 FAMOUS LOGOS WITH A HIDDEN MEANING (That We Never Even Noticed)

06:28
How to design a successful logo? How to build a famous brand for your business? Some of the most well-known logos in the world were purposefully designed to indicate something much more than simple beauty. In fact, it seems that in some cases, every line, curve, and color has meaning behind it. Adidas, Apple, BMW, Coca-Cola, Toyota… We see these famous brands everywhere but never consider what their logos exactly mean. Curious to know the secret? Watch the 16 famous logos with a hidden meaning you've never noticed. #logomeaning #logosecret # Hyundai 0:33 The letter ’Н’ symbolizes two people – a client and a representative of the company – shaking hands. Adidas 0:52 The current logo is three stripes at an angle which together form a triangle. This symbolizes a mountain, which in turn represents the challenges that all sportsmen have to overcome day after day. Apple 1:21 Rob Janoff, the designer who came up with the world-famous Apple company logo, explained his idea in one of his interviews. He bought a bag of apples, placed them in a bowl, and spent time drawing them for a week, trying to break the image down into something simple. Vaio 1:58 The first two letters of the Vaio logo symbolize an analogue wave. The last two are similar to the numbers 1 and 0 — that is, symbols of a digital signal. Amazon 2:14 The orange arrow is similar to a smile because the company wants its customers to be satisfied. The arrow is also stretched between the letters ’A’ and ’Z’, in a hint that the company sells absolutely every product you can imagine. Baskin Robbins 2:40 The pink-colored parts of the "BR" section make up the number 31, which is how many ice cream flavors Baskin Robbins used to famously sell. Toyota 2:56 The logo represents a stylized image of a needle eye with a thread passing through it. This is a hint at the company’s past – they used to produce weaving machines. Continental 3:28 Continental, a famous car tire producer, has a logo in which the first two letters depict a car wheel. Formula 1 3:41 If you look carefully at the white space between the letter ’F’ and the red stripes, you can see the number 1. Pinterest 3:59 On Pinterest, people collect images they like from across the Internet and ’pin’ them to their online boards. That’s why the image of a pin is hidden in the letter P. Beats 4:17 Beats, an audio equipment producer based in the USA, uses a logo in which the letter ’B’ looks like headphones on a person’s head. Toblerone 4:32 The famous chocolate company based in Bern, Switzerland, has a silhouette of a bear in its logo. That's because Bern is sometimes called a city of bears. BMW 4:55 The logo is simply a part of the Bavarian flag, the area of Germany where the company originated. LG 5:18 The logo is a stylized image of a person’s face. According to the company, this represents its aspiration to have human relations with their customers. Evernote 5:34 The corner of the elephant’s ear is folded over in a similar way how people fold the corner of a page to make notes. Coca-Cola 5:57 In the space between the letters ’O’ and ’L’, you can see the Danish flag. It’s purely a coincidence. Nevertheless, Coca-Cola has used this as part of its marketing campaigns in the Scandinavian country. If you’ve enjoyed this video, hit that thumbs up button! 10 Amazing Elon Musk Inventions You Probably Didn't Know About

13:32
What are all the products that Elon Musk actually invented or brought to life? For starters, there's Teslaquila but I bet you don't know all 10! Elon Musk is the co-founder and CEO of Tesla Inc.; founder, CEO, and lead designer of SpaceX; and founder of The Boring Company—among his many other various titles. Musk wears a lot of hats, and he seems to operate best this way. While he wouldn't wish his insane work schedule upon his worst enemy, he has become a leader in innovative technologies and has brought many of his wild ideas to life. For example, The Boring Company was created after Musk tweeted out that he was going to make his own tunnel boring machine because he was so tired of dealing with traffic. After the tweet was sent, he realized how good of an idea that was and founded the company on the same day. Focused on building tunnels underground, The Boring Company is looking to alleviate traffic in highly-congested urban cities by putting the highways below street level. Then there's Teslaquila, a distilled agave liquor that Tesla submitted a trademark application for after Elon tweeted about it as a joke. We're still waiting for it to officially become a reality, but the Tesla CEO did share a picture of what the bottle is going to look like. As you can probably tell, Musk hashes out his best ideas on Twitter. But it's the fact that he's able to then bring these ideas to life that makes him stand out from the rest. Perhaps the coolest thing that he's been working on is SpaceX's Super-Heavy Starship, a reusable rocket-spaceship duo that will eventually be used to colonize Mars. While the naysayers believe that it can't be done, Elon has a plan—and a determination—that's hard to argue with. SpaceX is already the only private company that's able to return a spacecraft from low Earth orbit, and we can't wait to see what else the company can achieve with a little help from Elon's billions. 9 WORST Company Failures!

11:04
Dumbest ways companies have failed to predict the future or made decisions that bankrupted them! Whatever happened to Blockbuster and Borders? Find out on this countdown of epic business blunders! #9. “Kodak”- The Eastman Kodak Company was founded in 1888 and was the most successful company in the photography industry during the 20th Century. They were the leaders in bringing the cutting edge of photographic technology and easy to use cameras to the hands of consumers throughout the world. But Kodak almost met its demise at the hands of a product that it actually invented: digital photography. Kodak invented this technology in 1975, but failed to jump on the innovation, believing that common applications for it were well into the future. Early on, the company thought that the high cost and complexity that would be needed to make a push into the digital front weren’t in Kodak’s best interests. So, Kodak put digital photography to the side to be picked back up when the time was financially advantageous, but they waited too long. By the time they switched gears, they faced competitors who had been perfecting their business models with digital photography at the center, whereas Kodak’s model was still dependent on printed photos. While other companies made deals with websites, phone companies and focused on online based imaging, Kodak floundered and in 2012 filed for Bankruptcy. They have since come back from bankruptcy and started specializing in producing smartphones and tablets. #8. “Pan American”- From 1927 until 1991, Pan Am was the largest airline company in the United States, but due to bad foresight, callous labor practices and an uncontrollable disaster this global giant quickly met its end. The company basically had a monopoly on overseas travel until World War II but was dealt its first major blow when other strong airline companies began to up their game. Pan Am fought off the competitors with its innovations such as jumbo jets and an advanced system for making reservations but these innovations couldn’t match the corporate aptitude and human relations that the other airlines dealt with more astutely. One of the main reasons for Pan Am’s failure was ironically due to its early successes. Because of the sheer size of its fleet, it was the company hit the hardest by the 1973 oil crisis. Just before the crisis, Pan Am had just purchased a number of brand new gas-guzzling Boeing 747s and was forced to dramatically raise ticket prices to recuperate. As it was trying to recover from this setback it had also become a target of terrorism in the Middle East. To the terrorists Pan Am was a symbol of the United States overseas because it was the largest U.S. airline servicing the area. During the Gulf War, in the midst of financial hardships and battles with labor unions, Pan American 103 on a transatlantic flight from Frankfurt, Germany to Detroit was blown up by Libyan nationals above the Scottish town of Lockerbie. The incident scared even more customers away from flying Pan Am and many travel agents would no longer book flights on their planes. All of these events and poor managing of them led Pan American International Airways to declare bankruptcy and completely fold in 1991. #7. “Borders”- Tom and Louis Borders opened their first bookstore in 1971. Their vast selection of books and innovative inventory system turned them into the second biggest chain of book megastores. Due to years of miscalculating the future of book consumption, the bookstore all but vanished in 2011. It all started in the mid 90s when Amazon and other online stores hit the scene. Instead of developing their own website and focusing on online sales, the company decided to further their storefront endeavors and expanded into Europe and Asia opening hundreds of stores. Their competitor Barnes and Noble, did the opposite by preparing for the digital age, perfecting their online sales system and focusing on their storefront operations in the United States. When Borders did start to catch on to the online market they were already far behind and decided to use Amazon as a host for such sales. Because of this, as more and more sales were made online, instead of receiving 100% of the profit they had to share with Amazon. Borders also was caught in the past by devoting lots of money and inventory towards DVDs and CDs at a time when digital music and video was on the rise. While Barnes and Noble developed it’s own e-reader to grab paperless book market by the horns, Borders was extremely slow to adapt to the change. All of these factors came to a boiling point in 2006 when, after several years of losing millions of dollars Borders filed for bankruptcy. By 2011, Borders realized there was no way out and closed most of its remaining stores. The only stores remaining are in southeast asia where it remain Borders in name only, as they were sold to a company named Popular Holdings.

Here's a list of the Top 10 Coca-Cola Drinks That Embarrassed the Company! Today we countdown the top 10 Coke product fails they wish never existed! ➡️ Subscribe to BabbleTop: https://bit.ly/2Uu3HPe The Coca-Cola Company was started in 1886 by a pharmacist named John Pemberton and the first product sold was the iconic Coca-Cola. Today, Coca-Cola Company now has over 500 different products being sold in around 200 countries. But since Coca-Cola has released so many different products over the years, it also means that there have been some products that were not so well received (along with a couple of fake products which, if real, would make people wonder who was in charge of product development over there at Coke). So let’s sip on the Top 10 Coca-Cola drinks that embarrassed the company. If you enjoyed this list of the top 10 Coca-Cola failed products they are embarrassed about, then comment: #Coke #CocaCola #Soda TIMESTAMPS: 0:38 New Coke 1:53 OK Soda 3:21 Coca-Cola Blak 4:35 Sprite Remix 5:53 C2 7:05 Coke Life 8:21 Garlic Coke 9:40 Tab Clear 10:57 Bacon Coca-Cola 12:09 Coca-Cola’s Beverly SUMMERIES: - In 1985, Coca-Cola was losing sales to other competing soda brands so it decided that Coke needed a change up. Coke decided to change its formula and release a new and improved New Coke in hopes of regaining lost sales. - In 1993, Coca-Cola decided that it needed to start marketing towards Generation X through a new drink called OK Soda. The product was named OK because it’s the most recognized word around the globe. - Coca-Cola Blak was first released in France in 2006 and moved to the American market quite quickly after. Its main selling point was its high levels of caffeine, making it a competitor to other energy drinks on the market. - In 2003, Coca-Cola decided to hop on to the DJ and remix trends of the early 2000s in order to catch the attention of young people by releasing a series of 3 flavors of Sprite Remixes. - To hop on to the low-carb diet trend of the early 2000s, Coca-Cola released the Coca-Cola C2 in Japan in 2002, and in the United States in 2004. But the product wasn't exactly what people wanted. - In 2014, Coca-Cola Life was released, a drink that looks like normal Coke but made with natural sweeteners like Stevia and cane sugar. The drink also only contained 89 calories per can, rather than the usual 139 in normal Coke. - Since around 2014, there’s been an image making its rounds on the Internet of a purple can of Coca-Cola with the word “garlic” on it. Accompanied with the image was text stating that the product was available in Romania, or occasionally other locations. - In the 1990s, clear cola was all the rage so in 1992, Coca-Cola decided to release Tab Clear, a variation of normal Tab that was clear in colour while still tasting like the original. -There’s been an image of a bacon-flavored Coca-Cola can making its way through the Internet for a while now but to the disappointment of bacon lovers everywhere, this product does not actually exist. - Italy’s exclusive Coca-Cola product was a drink called Beverly, which made its debut in 1969 and was sold all the way up to 2009, when it was finally discontinued. The drink is a non-alcoholic aperitif, a type of alcohol consumed before meals in order to stimulate the appetite. 5 Cosmetic Companies That Lied STRAIGHT To Your Face

06:13
These makeup brands tried to fool their customers. Subscribe: https://goo.gl/Hnoaw3 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Who doesn’t love makeup? It can completely transform your look. After wearing makeup for a while, you will probably start to have some favorite brands. But not all brands are what they seem to be. Here are 5 Cosmetic Companies That Lied Straight to Your Face! First off, some companies lie about being cruelty-free. They know that people hate when companies hurt animals so they pretend that they don’t. It’s all just a ploy to make more money. Mary Kay and Estee Lauder are just two of the companies that have been caught red-handed doing this. Next up, is a brand that always seems to be in some kind of hot water. Not too long after they came out, people started accusing the company of reselling wholesale makeup. Apparently, the products looked the exact same. They were just a whole lot more expensive. Want to know the brand? You’ll have to watch the video to see. Even a popular drug store brand has lied! When they came out with their eye cream, the advertisement made it seem like it could completely get rid of crow’s feet. In reality, the advertisement had been so photoshopped that the picture was completely misleading. The company had to eventually pull the ad and replace it with a more accurate picture. Whether it’s lying about the quality, the price, or more, beauty brands are not always the most honest. You won’t believe which companies are on this list! Stay tuned to 5 Cosmetic Companies That Lied Straight To Your Face to find out why Kylie Jenner is under fire! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our Social Media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheTalko Twitter: https://twitter.com/thetalko Instagram: https://instagram.com/the_talko ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For more videos and articles visit: http://www.thetalko.com/

Monsanto was one of four groups to introduce genes into plants, and was among the first to conduct field trials of genetically modified crops. Monsanto was one of the first companies to apply the biotechnology industry business model to agriculture, using techniques developed by biotech drug companies. Monsanto's roles in agricultural changes, biotechnology products and lobbying of government agencies and roots as a chemical company have surrounded the company in controversies. The company once manufactured controversial products such as the insecticide DDT, PCBs, Agent Orange and recombinant bovine growth hormone. Its seed patenting model was criticized as biopiracy and a threat to biodiversity. In September 2016 Monsanto agreed to accept Bayer's offer to purchase the company for $66 billion, pending regulatory approval. What are software service companies and software product companies? in Tamil

11:58
Before discussing a software company. Let's consider about "dress". There are 2 ways by which we can buy a dress for us. We can go to some shopping malls or we can buy dresses online based on our size. Here, we are buying ready made dresses based on the size. There are people who use to buy shirt cloth bits and then they go to a tailor shop and give their body dimensions and then ask the tailor to stitch it. This is called a "custom-made dress". Consider another example, TV manufacturing company who manufactures TVs and sells to the customers. It's considered as a product company because they don't do any customizations based on user requirements. They manufacture TVs by understanding the requirements of the public in a general manner. Consider another example, Pizza company who cooks based on user requirements. Customers have to specify toppings based on their need. Pizza company notes down the requirements from the customers and then prepares Pizza based on the requirements and then serves it to the customers. It's considered as a service company. Here, the company is cooking a food based on the user requirements. Similarly, there are 2 categories in the software field also. They are "software product company" and "software service company". "Software product company" analyses the public requirements in general and market requirements then they create a "software product". The "software product" would be sold to the public. A customer whose needs are not satisfied with the existing software. Then, they approach the "software service company" and then they explain their requirements to the "software service company". "Software service company" would have a contract with that customer and promises to create a software for the customized requirements within a stipulated time and money. These software companies are named "software service companies". Students need to analyze their skills before starting their career. Differences between "software product company" and "software service company" for software developer are: Both follow different approaches while recruiting the candidates. Software product companies would focus more on programming skills while recruiting. Software service companies also test our programming skills but it won't be that tough when compared to software product companies. You can gain more programming knowledge in software product companies because they use to develop from scratch. You can also gain programming knowledge in software service companies but it depends on the technology you are working. Software service companies mostly work using frameworks. It's very rare to get more programming knowledge in software service companies. There won't be many onsite opportunities for software product companies for software developer role because they won't directly work with clients. Software developers develop feature by analyzing the market needs and competitors features in software product company. Software service companies have many opportunities because they work very closely with the client requirements. NOTE: It depends on the company and your role. 10 “Generic” Product Names You Didn’t Realize Were TRADEMARKS

19:42
Check out our New Biography Channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/biographics A trademark usually presents itself in the form of a name, a logo, a design, or a phrase, with the purpose of distinguishing one manufacturer’s products from another. Sometimes, however, when business is really good for a particular brand, or it has a head start over the competition, then that particular brand might just become a proprietary eponym, or generic trademark. This means that if a product develops a substantial market share over the other manufacturers, or it becomes well ingrained into the public consciousness, then its brand could replace the name for the entire industry. →Subscribe for new videos every day! https://www.youtube.com/user/toptenznet?sub_confirmation=1 Help us translate our videos: https://www.youtube.com/timedtext_cs_queue?msg=10&tab=0 - Learn more why you might want to help: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/6052538 Find more lists at: http://www.toptenz.net Entertaining and educational top 10 lists from TopTenzNet! Why Product Companies Pay More ? Service Based vs Product Based Companies 🔥🔥

04:06
Don't forget to Hit the Subscribe Button Below: https://goo.gl/FZkVrR ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Topic Introduction:- Why Product Companies Pay More ? Service Based vs Product Based Companies It depends on you. Let me breif a little. Service based is a company which provides software products and services to anyone who asks for it for a price. Product based company is a company which makes products which might be/ might not be related to softwares, but they need IT department to make that product more sellable. So if u work at software services company :- Project can be anything. On anything. Deadlines are mostly defined by clients. Less innovation and flexibility. More strictness and multi tasking. Client will be dissatisfied mostly. You would get expert on the language u are working. But you cannot learn new. Because u dont have time. In case of small scale, company might fire you on the basis of no new projects or clients saying of ur performance. You get to know about new business and projects. You are providing services. Product of client is making of. If you are working in a product based company :- Company decides what they need and on what langauage and what is best for business. Deadlines are decided by internal management. You can get a little time to learn new things. Your management might not appreciate ut performance or work. You get to know more about ur companies business. Product making is more appreciated than service providing. Concentrate on that one thing u have been provided. More innovation on the same line of products. I would prefer a product based company. And it should be your personal decision as well. Good luck. What are software service companies and software product companies?

08:16
