Because after spending years building muscle naturally I've learned that there are certain useless exercises that you should avoid entirely other exercises that you might want to consider incorporating and then there are the exercises that you just cant go without. Exercises that by themselves have the power to transform your physique. I've narrowed this list down to just seven of the most important exercises that you absolutely should have as a staple part of your routine to efficiently build the most muscle in the shortest amount of time. By mastering these 7 key compound exercises you'll see incredible results even if you're not doing any other exercises in the gym. And I made this video specifically for men not because women can't benefit from these exercises as well but because the ideal attractive body type for men is a V shape whereas for women it's more of an hourglass figure. So even though a lot of the exercises do crossover for both men women this video is specifically to help you develop the best manly physique with the least amount of exercises possible. I'm going to list off these exercises in no particular order, so Let's start first with a very important upper body exercise the bent over barbell Row. With this exercise you'll be working the rhomboids which are the muscles that connect your shoulder blades together so your upper back muscles and you'll also be working the back of your shoulder and your biceps. This is one of the most important pulling movements that you can do. Because you're working multiple muscle groups responsible for Pulling you're able to lift a lot more weight with this compound exercise then if you were to isolate any one of these muscles individually. By strengthening your rhomboids and your posterior deltoid you'll be tightening up your upper back which will help you hold yourself straight up and maintain a better more attractive upright posture. Since you can lift heavy weight with this exercise your biceps are also going to get a lot of stimulation because you'll be lifting a weight that would be impossible to lift with an isolated movement like bicep curls. A basic bent over row is done by grabbing a barbell with your hands a little wider than shoulder-width apart. Stick your butt out and stick your chest out before beginning the movement. Then bend down by about 60 degrees so you're a little higher than being fully parallel to the ground and you want let the weight hang straight down, do not flex your shoulders. While keeping your chest out pull the barbell inward towards your stomach and aim to touch your belly button with the bar. Then bring it back down to that hanging position and repeat this motion for reps. The great thing about rows is that you can do it with a barbell or you can do it with dumbbells, but a general rule of thumb to remember is that you'll be able to lift more weight and typically you'll be able to build more mass with barbells over dumbbells. Also by changing the angles at which you bend during a bent over row you can Target different parts of your back. A fully bent-over position where you're at a 90 degree angle will Target more of your lats and the middle of your back whereas standing more upright will Target more of your traps and upper back. Let's move on to another staple exercise that you should be doing, barbell and dumbbell chest presses. While the rows will help you develop the posterior or the back part of your upper body the chest presses are there to help you develop the anterior or the front part of your upper body. It'll hit your chest, the front head of your shoulders as well as your triceps. With chest presses you want to spend the majority of your time doing them at two different angles flat and incline. If your weakness is your upper chest you want to spend more of your time doing incline presses. if your upper chest is fine but you lack lower chest development you want to spend more of your time doing flat movements. Now the reason why I didn't mention the decline angle is because with flat presses you're going to get

I couldn't have achieved what I did without it. ***UPDATE ON STARTING LIFTING NUMBERS*** I haven't actually done real 1RM tests in the beginning. These are just estimations based on the weights I trained with. I found a 1RM calculator online that said that it's pretty accurate up to 10 reps so I used its estimations. If I had known the technique better and if I had been able to push myself harder, I probably could have handled more weight but I was afraid to do the movements wrong and I found it kind of scary to use weights I am not sure I can handle - especially when it comes to bench press and squats. ***UPDATE ON NUTRITION*** I followed a very strict diet and without that, it would just not have been possible to change as drastically as I did. In general: I’m a pescetarian, that means, I don’t eat meat except for fish. I started with the Freeletics Nutrition Guide and applied the knowledge in a way that worked best for me. I will try to break it down to a few simple steps: 1) The key is finding what works best for you and then sticking to it: The first couple of weeks I only focussed on gaining weight as that has been my biggest struggle so far. High protein and high carb diet. Lot’s of fish and seafood. My calorie intake was up to about 4000kcal/day. After a while I realized that was too much as I was gaining fat as well and went down to a high protein moderate carb diet with a little more than 3000kcal which worked way better for me. My body developed the way I wanted it to and my performance went through the roof.. 2) No alcohol, no added sugar, no processed food at all. Real foods - that’s what is the basis for everyone. Don’t eat stuff you can’t pronounce. Just don’t do it. 3) It helps to track your calories and weigh your food. You need to know what you are eating as well as how much of it. It’s the same as for training: Doing the right exercises is the first step, programming it is the second. That's why the Freeletics Gym Coach worked for me. 4) Schedule your meals according to your day. Your body needs to be fueled with the right nutrients throughout the day and has special needs at certain times, i.e. I always ate a banana and drank a protein shake directly (15mins max) after training as the body needs carbs and proteins to regenerate and refuel. I also precooked my food for the whole day every morning. 5) Supplements: I took 5g of creatine and a protein shake right after each training. In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, Pete & Pedro , and Fashion Anchor breaks his total body grooming routine into two phases: Phase one | trimming. Phase two | shaving. Alpha's routine may seem time consuming, but he enjoys doing it and makes him feel good. Find a routine that works for you and execute it every single week. Phase One He first lays a towel down so it catches all the hair. Take your time, don't rush, and make sure your lighting is decent. The first time you manscape it takes awhile, but after you develop your routine, it doesn't take long. Start with an amazing grooming tool. He's switched from the Norelco to this Brio. He talks about why he switched here: Norelco vs Brio | Grooming Tool Battle & Review to Find the BEST! Alpha notes how the bottom blade is close to the rake with the Brio. The teeth are tight which means when manscaping with the Brio, you'll not pinch and you'll have a closer cut. He starts at his neck and works down. *He grooms his chest, specifically around the nipples. *Thereafter, he moves to his armpits which he now uses a 3mm guard to prevent cutting himself. He simply takes the length down. *Next, he moves to his back with the baKblade. *The Happy Trail is next, and he leaves 7mm of length. Afterward, he goes alongside the Happy Trail with the trimmers. *In an upward direction, he goes over his public area and leaves a racing stripe to the base. *In regard to the testicles, don't use a grooming tool without an attachment. No product can be used directly on testicles. 6mm up to 9mm should be used with the testicles. *Use the grooming tool on the butt cheeks. Be very careful not to get too close to the "b" hole. *Thereafter, Alpha shaves his legs. He doesn't shave his hamstrings since it gets itchy and ingrown - he uses the clippers on his hamstrings. If you have a lot of hair but don't want to fully shave your legs, you can take the bulk of the hair down with an attachment on the grooming tool. Phase Two In the shower, Alpha doesn't shave everything he trims but he does shave some things that he didn't trim, such as his arms. He uses body wash rather than shaving cream if you don't have super sensitive skin. He uses his Dollar Shave Club razors and starts at the chest and then moves to his arms. He recommends investing in a loofah so that every time you're in the shower, you exfoliate where you manscape to prevent ingrown hairs and bumps. It helps the hair pop through the surface. He shaves his base and testicles with a razor but not his public area due to underwear and pant rub irritation. He shaves his thighs and lower legs (but not his hamstrings as mentioned earlier).

There are those that claim that there are no body types and that everything is measured by hard work at the gym and in the kitchen and having been a trainer for over 10 years I can tell you and that's complete nonsense. And this is proven by science it is true that nobody should be obese however everybody does have their own weight set point people store fat in different places some people store more fat in their stomach area, other people store it more in their thighs, in the chest, and we also have different shapes to our muscle bellies, different lengths different thicknesses, different lagging muscle groups. The point is people really do come in all different shapes and sizes again this doesn't mean that you should be obese but it does mean that we can identify the shape or size that you're at by certain characteristics & apply certain training principles that have proven over time to work to move you towards your desired body shape. Okay so let's start with the test the way that this test works is I'm going to ask you a series of questions & your going to answer a b or c & either write down your answer or remember it because the letter that you answer with most often will help you identify what your body type is by the end of this test. Its a simple test & I'm sure you'll be surprised with the results. First question, do fitted jeans generally feel a. snug, but not too tight around your butt b. loose around your butt or c. tight around your butt. Pick the description that best fits your body Second question, if you wrap your hand around your wrist does your middle finger & your thumb a. just barely touch b. overlap or c. they don't touch. Next question would you characterize yourself as having a. a natural v shaped body b. a naturally very lean skinny long frame, or c. a naturally wide heavy frame. The fourth question requires a measuring tape so if you want to come back to it & leave it blank you can, but I highly recommend you do this one because it's very accurate. Is your chest measurement a. between 37 & 44 inches b. under 37 inches or c. greater than 44 inches? When you get to a measuring tape seriously do this one. The fifth question is how would you rate your metabolism a. fast, but you don't have a problem building muscle, b. so fast that it makes it difficult to put on muscle, or c. slow. Next question In relation to gaining weight its a. easy to gain muscle, but you don't typically gain too much fat. You may even see some ab definition while bukling b. you have trouble gaining muscle & gaining fat, in fact if you finally do gain a couple pounds your body fights to return you to your normal weight or are you more of a c. where its easy for you to put on muscle, but its also very easy for you to store fat especially around your midsection & love handles. Question number seven does your upper body resemble an a. upside down triangle, b. a rectangle that's vertically long & horizontally narrow or c. a square or round shape.two more questions. do you have an a. narrow rib cage thinner than your wider collar bones b. a narrow rib cage as narrow as your narrow collar bones & your narrow hips or c. a thick blocky rib cage as thick as your collar bones & your thick hips. And last question which body type do you look like in the mirror. a.b.or cIf you've answered a. to the majority of the questions you are at the mesomorph stage right now meaning you have a v-taper appearance. If you answered b to the majority of the questions then you are an ectomorph with more of a narrow lanky body, & if you answered c then you are an endomorph with wider thicker body. Now before I go any further I want to say that you are not stuck in your body type. That kind of thinking leads to people giving up & not working as hard at making the necessary changes to change your body type. And then it becomes a self fufilling prophecy. I don't care if you're the hardest gainer in the world, you can eat enough & drink enough soda if that's what it takes to spike your insulin to have you gain some weight. You may always struggle with building more muscle mass

Look. When a man is interested in a woman, an act that betrays him the most is the act of establishing eye contact for a long time, smiling. If you like him, before looking away, please look back to him smiling. This will give him the signal, even subliminally, that you're willing to go a little further. 2. Approaches and leans toward you. The body language of a man interested is shown quite evident when he approaches you. Entering in your "private area" is, to some extent difficult. Unconsciously, this "fear" is still present, so that in the event that the man likes you, try to show yourself receptive when he comes into your space, so he feels comfortable. 3. Approaches his hands toward you. When a man while explaining something to you, moves his hands approaching them to you and extends his fingers, it is a clear sign that is part of the man's body language of an interested man. What he is trying, in a disguised and unconscious way, is getting closer and even touch you. In such cases, he will rarely come to touch you (I insist, is not something done consciously, but a characteristic of the male body language that appears naturally). If that happens, do not give it importance, do not smile to him or offend him, just do as if nothing had happened. 4. Pay attention to his feet. Rarely we realize what our feet and our legs do while we are in an interesting conversation focused on something else. The male body language in love has a lot to do with the legs because a man uses them unconsciously and you can get a lot of information from there. If you notice that he approaches them to yours, even placing his foot between yours, you'll know you can do with him whatever you want, as this practice is nothing more than a new way of trying to get closer than what he can clearly do. This is a clear sign of interest in male body language, and it depends on you if you allow it (leaving your feet as they are), or move them slightly for his to be left out again. Keep in mind that although he is not aware of these movements, unconsciously he has a great affection for you and if you keep your position, he will have the signs that indicate that he can continue, while if you retire covertly, it will be the opposite. 5. His behavior with other men. Of course, one of the best ways to check their level of interest in you is to assess their body language towards other men. If you are talking and another man approaches you to address you (even your brother, that does not matter), you'll notice how he gets tense, indicating that he is interested in you and that another's man presence bothers him.
